2. Server logs
To keep the site running securely, the hosting provider briefly records your IP address, date and time, the page requested and browser information.
3. Cookies
Our site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Only on the contact page is a technically necessary session cookie (th_form) set to submit the form securely; it is deleted when you close your browser. For this reason, no cookie consent banner is shown.
4. Contact form
The information and files you send via the form are forwarded to our team by email solely to assess your request; they are not stored on the web server. To prevent abuse, your IP address is kept in irreversible (hashed) form for no more than 24 hours. Details are provided in the KVKK Privacy Notice.
5. WhatsApp and maps
When you click the WhatsApp link, you are redirected to the WhatsApp (Meta) service. Maps on this site are loaded from our server using the Leaflet library; map tiles are retrieved from OpenStreetMap Foundation servers, during which your IP address is transmitted to OpenStreetMap. Google Maps opens only when you click the “Get directions” link.
6. Fonts
Fonts are loaded from our server; no connection is made to third-party font services.
