KVKK Privacy Notice

1. Data controller

Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), your personal data is processed by Tarandir Turizm Seyahat Acentası (Nur Gıda İthalat İhracat Ltd. Şti.) (“Tarandir Health”) as data controller, within the scope described below.

2. Personal data processed

Identity and contact data (full name, country, phone, email), the content of your request and — only with your explicit consent — health data (information on your complaint, medical reports and images), as well as passport/visa information required for travel planning.

3. Purposes of processing

Responding to your request and providing you with information; registering your consultation at partner hospitals and planning your treatment; handling visa code and travel/accommodation arrangements; and fulfilling legal obligations (including those under the Regulation on International Health Tourism and Tourist Health).

4. Legal grounds

Your identity and contact data is processed on the grounds of KVKK Art. 5/2 (c) establishment and performance of a contract, (ç) legal obligation and (f) legitimate interest; your health data is processed on the basis of your explicit consent pursuant to KVKK Art. 6.

5. Transfer

Your personal data may be transferred to partner hospitals and doctors to carry out your treatment, to authorized institutions and service providers for visa and travel arrangements, and to public authorities legally entitled to receive it. Transfers abroad are made only under the conditions set out in KVKK Art. 9.

6. Method of collection

Your data is collected electronically via the pre-assessment form on the website, email, phone and WhatsApp. Files sent via the form are not stored on the web server; they are forwarded directly to our team by email.

7. Your rights

Under KVKK Art. 11, you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to request information, to request its correction or deletion, to know the third parties to whom it is transferred, to object, and to claim compensation for damages. You may send your requests to info@tarandirhealth.com. You may withdraw your explicit consent at any time.
